I have deactivated all plugins one by one and reinstalled WordPress and nothing happened..
This problem is encountered only on my pc (i have 3 browsers, Chrome, Mozilla, IE) and when i acces dashboard from my phone everything runs perfectly.

I wasnt doing anything..and my hosting company said: "The consumption of i/o is to high". I dont know what does that mean..

i don`t have the old database file…
