Thanks for coming back to me, it is much appreciated. I checked both and the data in the Site Kit plugin is reflective of what GA is showing. On your advisory I will reach out to Google Analytics to see if they can help.

Thanks Daniyal. I have found that the issue was with a plugin called Groundhogg CRM. The response from their developers:

“Looks like WooCommerce is using the same cap ‘download_file’ to check for file download permissions. We are also using ‘download_file’ in our code for download exports/imports/contact files so there is a conflict there. We’ll have to patch this in an update which we will release tomorrow morning”.

I just wanted to post this incase anyone else was experiencing the same issue.

Ok – I set that up. I saw a message at the top of my screen that said:

The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

Should I do anything about this message?

I can see the ao_ccss_queue hook in the list with an action of ao_ccss_queue_control()

Can you please provide further direction on manually creating the ao_ccss_queue?

Today I have deleted the plugin completely, cleared the cache and then reinstalled it. I still remain with the issue of the events listing but not firing. The ao_ccss_queue file is not there.

How would the cron tasks get corrupted? From the plugin or elsewhere?

Any help or direction in getting this sorted is appreciated as I am at a loss on how to fix this issue.

I installed the plugin but there was no event file listed called ao_ccss_queue. These were the only ones listed for ao

ao_ccss_servicestatus. – 21 hours
ao_ccss_maintenance. – 9 hours ago
ao_cachechecker – 6 hours ago

Other events are running as required.

Hi Frank

1. I have removed all of the manual rules.
2. I have read the FAQ entry and deactivated the plugin and reactivated. I did contact WP Engine last week and they set the Cron to run every 1 minute.

The list started to regenerate but has still not fired. I have put it back in debug mode for you to check.

The only thing I did was to enable ‘Disable JavaScript processing [ If selected, this plugin will ignore JS files completely ] which is une JavaScript Options in the plugin.

The reason I did this was so I would stop losing sales from my website and allow credit card details to be taken.

Because I had to disable JavaScript processing, now my google analytics page speed has dropped.

This issues only stated after updating your plugin. Any help would be appreciated.
