Yes I can confirm that there is no other plugin causing this error since we have disabled all of them expect woocommerce and DHL for woocommerce. the same error occurs when we try to create an international shipment including cn23.

any updates?

we use the function regularly because in some shipments we have to send posters separately from other products

Just for your info. ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price is not selectable in your support form under “product name”. Since this is a required field I have just selected “Woocomemrce Flexible Pricing” and have put the plugin name in the subject line…

We’ve checked for plugin and theme conflict but the issue is not related to a conflict. I will raise a support ticket

That’s exactly what we did but if it is disabled globally and just set for individual products it still shows the field with and says false.

Same question here. Even if the global enable checkbox is not checked, the name price box is still visible on all of the products… actually, this should not be the case, since there is also the option to set the price per product.

Same here but only for variable products. If the elex plugin is active and I want to edit the single variations, it doesn’t stop loading…

Are these features only part of the pro version? I don’t see any of the options you’ve shared.
