I deactivated my plugins one by one and found the plugins that were interfering were: NextGen Gallery by Photcrati, Dynamic to Top. So I will try to find another solutions for these plugins. Thank you so much for your help! GWCowan

Thanks so much Dave for your response. I don’t want to use frames and didn’t put them in and from the little research I’ve done, it seems frames can happen due to a webhost forward of the domain, which my host did with this website and I guess that’s also the reason for the WP in the url. But I don’t understand why the links have worked properly for so long but don’t all of a sudden. Can I get rid of the frames myself or do I need to just move site from the subdirectory to the root, and that will take care of it? Thanks again!

Hi Ross,

I was able to change the css rule as you suggested above it worked and for the second problem, the widget fit but the right side border was cut off so I just adjusted the width of the widget from 100% to 99%.

I have commented out all the “clear:both;“ throughout the style sheet but it still doesn’t get rid of the space between the gallery and the text. I want to keep using this plugin because I really like it but I need to find a fix for this and if I can’t, I’ll have to look for another slideshow plugin to use in its place.

Is there no way to work around this issue? Can someone help with this? I love this plug in but if I can’t get this fixed I’ll have to use something else. Any help would be appreciated!

Josh – You mention above that the directory is in all caps….where are you seeing this?

Hi Josh,
I tried your suggestions above and I now get the space where the picture should be downloaded with the small box w/in the space that you get when a picture doesn’t download and I unchecked the WP month download option so my files are just going into my uploads folder. I went ahead and put the code in at the bottom of a page and it rotated the image names. So for some reason my pictures are not downloading. They aren’t anything special, jpgs of vessels and my size parameter is 599 px wide by 195 px high (and the pics are cropped to those approximate dimensions too)..
