ok i started to explore the codes on my own so i figured out that the above was the problem so i took code from another theme and edited here and it works

i didnt find that but this is what i found in the index.php

do u think this might have something to do with it ?

well as the official site of the script that was hacked you should have some idea of what bugs have you got! nevermind i can see you dont understand!

that worked for one category but what if i want to exculde more than one categories ?
