I saw this quote.

As I said, the payment goes through. I do see the transaction in my receiving account. I’m not sure about the “Pending” state, it seems to be totally accepted and there is nowhere saying “Cart Orders”.

As for the second point, I enabled the IPN. Why else it might not receive the notification from PayPal?

The site is https://russificateschool.com/

Front static page is in English, Spanish and now translated in French (returns 404).

This page – https://russificateschool.com/who-are-we/ is also translated in all three languages, French returns 404. Others work fine.
