We are testing our plugin with WP 6.1.1 and will update the plugin soon.
You can use our plugin with WP 6.1.1 and ignore the warning.

Regarding blocks in backend you can click “Attempt recovery” button it will fix all issues on blocks.

Please check if you have done modification in archive template and set the blog page properly https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-a-separate-page-for-blog-posts-in-wordpress/ as shown here.
