Updating the Other downloads path to point to the actual path on the server has resolved this issue.

We are experiencing the same issue. Possibly of note is the fact that our wp-content/uploads directory is symlinked outside of the web root and shared across our deployments.

We are experiencing the same issue after updating to 4.5.8. Uploads are going to /wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/ as before. All our downloads are broken.

Actually, this appears to be an incompatibility with Material Design for Contact form 7:

I was able to add an extra field that gets posted to salesforce in order to track additional information. In my case specific lead source detail. With a little work you could make it more dynamic.

I’d be willing to bet it’s an issue with WP 3.2

A quick and stupid fix, if your data is still submitting to salesforce, is to put the success message in the fail box.

Does anybody support this plugin anymore? Where are you Joost? I too am experiencing this problem. I also desperately need to add hidden fields that will be submitted to SalesForce. This plain vanilla form is hardly useful for our company.
