Yes, I came across the same issue using Firefox on a Macbook

After I upgraded to WP 2.1 the Tiny MCE/Visual editor menu panel in Firefox 2.0 is missing several options.

Using IE 7 and Firefox 2.0 on a Windows XP machine it all appears fine.
