  • Hi there, I am having the exact same problem as of two days ago. I dont know where to start a new thread/query, so I hope its ok I jump in on this since the problem is identical. No media library and an error message every time I try to enter a ‘featured image’. It just constantly shows a blank media library and when I try to upload an image it says ‘an error occurred, try again later’ ??

    I am having EXACTLY the same problem. WordPress.com send you to WildWestDomains, WWD send you to wordpress.com. I have gone around in circles for 2 whole days and NO ONE can answer this or resolve it. I think is disgusting that noone at WordPress can help with this. Does wordpress.com not realise that we cannot access a STORE OPTION once we have moved to www.remarpro.com??

    www.remarpro.com cant help because it was originally registered with wordpress.com AND SO BEGINS THE SAME USELESS STORY. WordPress.com tell you to talk to WWD and then WWD sends you to wordpress.com

    How the hell do I manage my domain registration when I dont have ‘store/managment option’ and I have no dashboard to work in on wordpress.com

    Someone please HELP!! I do not want to lose my domain registration/name and my blog is my full time job!

    PLEASE can someone help (and not with a generic ‘go to your dashboard/store/account management’ answer. This is so distressing and unfair!
