Yes I am having many problems right now with wp-member support. When users make a recurring premium subscription I get the paypal email saying the transaction was a success, but their profile on the blog is never upgraded to premium. They told me to install the latest version which I did, then I had another person subscribe. Same thing happened except this time the new premium subscriber had their account on the site set as completely inactive and they couldn’t log into the free or premium sections. This right now is a total disaster. They keep giving me the same answer instead of actually reading my emails and trying to help.
