In reply to: [OceanWP] oceanwp mobile menu with #Hi,
I disabled all the plugins and the problem is still there.
And to be sure, I did it a second time.
Each step was followed by this sequence: open chrome, test the menu, run History eraser extension, close Chrome…Is there a plugin or something which could identify any conflict (while I don’t believe it is the case).
The mobile menu issue seems to be a recurrent problem in oceanwp, as numerous forum posts show.
Thks for your input.
Have a nice day

In reply to: [OceanWP] oceanwp mobile menu with #Hi Marko S,
Thks for your repy. The pound key seems to be an issue because it’s the txt written as a href in the code. It was working swell before.
This error appeared while I did nothing with the site this week.
So it’s quite strange.Believe it or not, I disabled all the plugins one by one (yes, Akismet even Wordfence !). Nothing changed.
And if I load the Neve theme, this error disappears (with all the plugins back on).
So, I presume it is oceanwp related.Thks again for your input.
Have a nice day,

In reply to: [OceanWP] oceanwp mobile menu with #One info.
When I am hovering the hamburger menu with my mobile-sized desktop screen, I can see the destination url : it already shows the # at the end of the hyperlink.Dunno if it will be useful.
Cheeers,

In reply to: [OceanWP] oceanwp Simple-Line-Icons not loading on mobileHi Amit,
Thks for your dedication.
All is fine regarding the mobile menu (I deactivated Ocean Extra). This is the most important.I’ll try to fix the loading of this font file.
Thks.

In reply to: [OceanWP] oceanwp Simple-Line-Icons not loading on mobileHi Amit,
The problem has jumped to the mobile menu.
A click on the hanmburger men (on mobile or desktop with short width) adds a # at the end of the url.
So I had to do the reverse actions. And the PageSpeed Insights is back : Simple-Line-Icons font seems not to be loaded on mobile .
Here are the messages for Mobile and Desktop.

In reply to: [Sidebar Login] Users can't login via Sidebar loginWith further “scratching the head” time, I finally get an ugly workaraound.
I managed to determine that the sidebar-login.2.5.2 version is OK but the logged user needs to hit the F5 key in order to see the complete site.
The latter version are broken for me.It is a bummer to see this behaviour.
For my site, it became a problem after a WordPress update during the summer. My users were able to connect during the spring.Hence, the issue is not resolved.
I won’t udpate the plugin for now and I am not happy about it because I am sure the time that Mike Jolley devotes to this plugin is for the good.
And I presume he is quite busy wihis work at Automattic ??Hope it will be fixed some day.
Cheers

In reply to: [Acunetix WP Security] AdministrationHi ” Acunetix “,
Thanks for your involvement.
I can’t access to thedb privileges with my hosting company, being on a mutualised server. Moreover, I am pointing the fact that previous version of this plugin worked flawlessly.
Did you change the plugin on this particular point ?
If so, there should be much more complaints and much more resolved inbstallation of this plugin.Still waiting for a fix …

In reply to: [Acunetix WP Security] AdministrationHi Acunetix,
You’ll see there (https://www.hostingpics.net) the existing databases on my side : no sign of any _wsd_plugin_alerts and _wsd_plugin_live_traffic.
And the plugins do not show in the admin menu …If it can be useful, here are the existing databases with the Secure WorPress and WP security Acunetix plugins installed ans activated … No difference.
I also noted that the Dashboard and the Plugins does not show any updates available for my wordpress installation (NextGen gallery provides an update and there was a number 1 besides theses two tabs).
I have to get into the plugins page to see the available update …Still no luck … waiting for a working advice …
