In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Functions?Hi there @saraolesen,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?
Absolutely! You can see everything about creating subscription forms with MailPoet 3 here.
In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).
Yes. You can create different signup forms for different lists or create one signup form and allow your users to choose which lists they want to subscribe to.
You can see more details on the Select a List section of the Create a Subscription Form page.
If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?
When a subscriber clicks “Unsubscribe” in the footer of an email, they will be removed from all lists.
If your subscriber wants to remove themselves from a particular list (but not all of them), they should click the “Manage subscription” link instead.
How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?
You create newsletters using a drag & drop editor. You can see more details here.
Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).
You can import old subscribers with a CSV by following these instructions.
However, it is recommended to review the Checklist Before Importing Subscribers guide to avoid sending newsletter to too many outdated email addresses and end up getting your account suspended.
I hope this clarifies! ??

Hi there @sedlacekmartin,
Can you confirm that you authorized the email address that you’d like to use as the default sender as per these instructions?
Hi there,
You can use a filter to customize the text that’s shown on your Unsubscribe page as described on the Advanced: Filter to Modify Text section of this article:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/221-customize-your-unsubscribe-page
I hope this helps!
Hi @jandieckmann,
MailPoet does not directly support qTranslate. However, you can still use MailPoet with these plugins to send standard newsletters.
Please, check our Support for Multilingual Plugins page for more details. More specifically the How to Set Up MailPoet on a Multilingual Website section.
I hope this helps!
Hi?@zemanchiu,
Unfortunately, we’re no longer working on MailPoet 2 or supporting it, so it hasn’t been tested with newer versions of WordPress or PHP, for example, and some features may not work as expected as you update your website.
You can still migrate to the MailPoet 3 version and your licenses will be migrated as well.
Let me know if you need any assistance with it and we will be happy to assist you!
Hi there @digitaliway,
Can you please clarify what do you mean by new install?
– You installed the MailPoet plugin on a different site.
– Or you reinstalled MailPoet on the same site as per these instructionsAlso, were all the subscribers subscribed to your list(s) before the new install?
Please give us more details and we’ll be able to better assist you!
Hi there @perrinechaissac,
Can you please let us know where are you previewing the page from? Note that if you preview your custom Unsubscribe page on the Edit Page screen, the shortcode won’t render.
You need to preview it from MailPoet > Settings > Basics > Unsubscribe Page as shown in this image: https://d.pr/i/ia02Zk
Let us know if that’s what you are doing. ??

Hi there @steigw.
If you are using a form template that’s centered and your site is displaying it left-aligned, it’s likely there is a Theme CSS overriding the MailPoet form styles.
Could you please send us the URL of the page where you added the MailPoet subscription form?
Hi there @upboetendael!
We haven’t received similar reports and I couldn’t reproduce this issue on my site.
Can you please give us a few extra details?

– What’s your MailPoet plugin version?
– Would you be able to send us the list of the plugins you have installed on your site?I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi there,
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box and it’s not on our roadmap now, but you’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ??
If you are looking for an immediate solution, it may be possible to add the post dates with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.

Hi there @lousmith!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Can you please activate logging in MailPoet > Settings > The Advanced Tab. Then, visit the page unsubscribe page using an Android.
The logs are stored in your database. Could you please share any errors you see there with us?
This may give us more clues on what’s going on.
