Hey @angeldavo ! Thanks a lot for sending this video recording. It really helps!
It looks like you are still using our legacy Abandoned Cart email. That’s why it took me a while to understand your workflow. This sort of email is very unusual nowadays.
As you are having issues with this email and we no longer support it, I’d recommend deactivating this one and replacing it with an Abandoned Cart automation instead.
You can go to MailPoet > Automations and click +New Automation. Then you can select a template from the Abandoned Cart tab or create a custom automation from scratch.
Here you can learn more about creating automations.
Let us know if the issue is resolved with the new automation.
Hi there @lasteamlab, thanks for reaching out!
Can you please send us the following information:
- Is this a recent issue or you were never able to get emails to send?
- A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info. (make sure to remove personal information such as email addresses.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
That’s odd. The screenshot you sent is from an email. Can you confirm you are going to MailPoet > Automations and clicking on the title of the automation in question to edit it?
Hi there @leakp ,
Subscribers registering through the regular WP Form are added to the WordPress Users list by default.
To have subscribers added to a custom list, you’d need to create a MailPoet subscription form as per these instructions.
I’d recommend doing that as this allows you to create more appealing subscription forms such as Pop-up Forms.
I hope this helps!
Hi @angeldavo . Thanks for sending these screenshots but the page we are looking to see is Automation flow. You can get to it by going to MailPoet > Automations, then click to edit the Abandoned Cart automation and you should get to a page like this: https://d.pr/i/j88EIz
Can you send it over, please? Than you!
Hi @angeldavo
Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently?
Can you send us the following details?
- A copy of your System Info, found in MailPoet > Help.
- A screenshot of the Automation/Welcome Emails settings
Hi there @francoisdesign, thanks for reaching out!
Can you please confirm that you’ve set up the coupon code in your email as per these instructions?
Also, are you able to reproduce this issue? If you follow the steps to enter the automation and try to use the coupon received by email do you get the same error?
If so, can you share a copy of your System Info in MailPoet > Help? (make sure to remove email addresses before sending your reply)
Hi @victoriapl ! I’m sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue.
Can you please send us a copy of your System Info found in MailPoet > Help?
Make sure to remove any sensitive information before sending it here (i.e. email addresses)
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Based on your configuration, adding the DNS records to set up DKIM/DMARC to Cloudflare seems to be the right thing to do. And using DS Only is also what we recommend here.
As outlined on the page linked above, also, please turn off CNAME Flattening in Cloudflare, as it can cause issues with the DNS resolution and prevent the domain from being verified.
If you are still having issues, can you please let us know what’s your site’s URL?
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that your Post Notification email is set to send immediately when a new post is published and it’s either sent with a delay or not sent at all since last week, correct?
Can you please give us the following details:
- A screenshot of your MailPoet > Help > System Status page. If you need, you can take multiple screenshots to capture all the page data.?
- Go to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced and check the logs under “Logging”. If logging is set to “Nothing”, change it to “Everything” or “Errors Only” and run a new test to generate logs. This might provide more insight into what’s going wrong. If you find anything that could be useful, please send us a copy here (make sure to remove any sensitive info such as your MailPoet key).
- A copy of your System Info in MailPoet > Help. (also remove any personal info before copying it into the thread).
I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey @major42 ! It’s curious that the error has gone before we release the update that was supposed to address this issue. But I’m happy to hear it autoresolved. ??
Thanks for the update!
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out and for providing us with the error shown in System Status.
We found a deprecation warning in the MailPoet plugin. Typically, a deprecation warning should not block email sending. I recommend checking if there is a custom error handling for PHP that could be causing these deprecation warnings to be thrown as exceptions.
A fix for this issue will be released next week. In the meantime, if you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue for you. Thanks for clarifying. I’ll pass your feedback to our products team. I appreciate the time you took for sharing your thoughts.
