Ho controllato, mi dispiace ma continua a dirmi che non ho i permessi per visualizzare gli ordini..ovviamente intendo quando faccio il login con un profilo venditore a cui corrisponde un sott’ordine dell’ordine generale.

1) Ho disabilitato la gestione degli ordini
2) Aggiornato il plugin
3) Disattivato e riattivato il plugin per ripristinare i permessi
4) Riabilitato la gestione degli ordini

Fa sempre uguale e non capisco il motivo ??

1) In this case; you would need to use the full url to the click_counter.php file. (https://mysite.com/click_counter.php for example)

I tried but from consolle I can see a 500 (Internal Server Error), instead of 404 of before.

2) This is where I believe your approach may be inadequate. What I would do, is add the javascript so when a user clicks the button (in addition to showing the div), it also performs an AJAX rquest.

Then, in your functions.php file, you add the handler for processing the server side request. Here is what I would do:

1) Set javascript click function to show div.
2) Add AJAX call.
3) In functions.php, set an option you can use to keep the count.
4) In the AJAX handler in your functions.php, you will a) get the option, b) increment by one, c) update the option with the new count.

This way, every time the button is clicked, it executes the ajax (calling the php handler) and updates the count.

Then, in the page where you want to use the count, simply call it from the option you created.

La versione di wordpress che sto utilizzando è la 4.5.3.
La versione del plugin è la 1.9.12

Ho aggiornato il plugin direttamente da wordpress, dopo aver disabilitato la gestione ordini del venditore e poi l’ho riabilitata.

Proverò domani a cancellare il plugin e reinstallarlo e vi farò sapere.

Intanto grazie per il supporto e non preoccupatevi per i tempi, basta che si risolva al meglio ??

I’ve been checked in the category option and on visualization there are for choises:

1) Default
2) Product
3) Sub-categories
4) Both

I’ve already selected Product, but nothing change…it’s strange.

In the second option to control what shows on category archives, i’ve already selected products, but when i click on category, thumbnail is anyway showed ??

Niente da fare, continua a darmi questo avviso quando cerco di editare l’ordine col profilo venditore:

“You do not have permission to edit this order. Click here to view and edit your orders.”

Non riesco a capire perchè fa così…

Come mi avete detto, ho seguito questa procedura:

1) Disabilitato la gestione degli ordini.
2) Aggiornato il plugin
3) Riabilitato la gestione degli ordini.

Niente, fa sempre uguale..ho provato anche a disabilitare e riabilitare il plugin ma non cambia nulla ??

Secondo me è una questione di permessi attribuiti al ruolo di Venditore creato dal plugin…

Provo lunedì mattina ad effettuare queste operazioni e poi eventualmente vi contatto ??

Bene sono contento…in effetti mi sembrava strano che la cosa non funzionasse..quando rilascerete la nuova release provvederò a testarla di nuovo e vi farò sapere..
