Just checking to see if you are going to resolve this issue soon. I’m working with a ton of tables and running into this issue each time. I have to click in the cell, click off of it, and then click back into it to get my changes to the table to show up. Thanks for your hard work. I love your plugin!!

No, this is not happening with any other products. I’ve been using the plugin for a couple of months. I believe it started having this problem with I changed the amount of time a customer has access to a download link via WooCommerce. For example, let’s say I had 100 people purchase a downloadable product. I have WooCommerce set to allow them access to the download link for 90 days. Once I went in and changed the amount of time to access the download link (to 365 days), your plugin also changed the amount of people who had access to the product. I expected that, as more people should now have a valid download key. However, some of my products were showing the WRONG amount of people with access. For example, I know for a fact that only 169 people purchased one of my products. Your plugin was saying : “Buyers with download access: 545”. There is no way this can be correct, as only 169 people bought it in the first place.

I have updated the downloadable file for this product several times. Could your plugin be thinking that each update is a separate instance that someone purchased it?

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really love the plugin and would love to be able to use it. I’m just afraid at this point that if I have your plugin initiate emails, that either people will get multiple email updates for the same product, or people who should not be emailed might be emailed.

Please let me know if you need any more information. I was thinking about upgrading to the pro version, but I need to have this issue fixed, before I do. ?? Thank you so much!
