I’ve been using Hostgator for about a year and have been extremely happy with them. Easy setup, little downtime, and great support. I’ve contacted them several times via the chat function on their homepage regarding problems or general questions and issues have always been taken answered or fixed promptly. Price is cheap, but perhaps a couple of bucks more than others but I think they are worth it.

Site looks nice but perhaps you can use some thumbnails on the frontpage to get the speed up a bit just like Moshu says. I have 100 mbit here at home but the pictures still don’t load instantly. I can just imagine how it is with ultra slow 1 mbit…

Got an answer on the Mudbomb website. I haven’t toyed around much with this plugin yet but the previous one was fantastic and saved me tons of time and effort.

I like your design. Simple to navigate and good colors. My color vision is anything but good so you better get a second opinion onn the colors. In your “Play” section I think it would be nice to put a photo/icon next to the links to fill out the page a bit more. The links look a little lonely.

I loved the previous plugin. I installed the new one but can’t figure out how to change the default image directory so that I can see the images I upload on the server via ftp. Do you have any advice please?

Thanks for the extremely quick replies guys. I searched the forums and the codex but couldn’t find the answer. I assume of course that I will still have normal access myself through the ftp or by being logged into my WP site?

Great looking site Arnold. I’m looking at doing a babyblog myself but have been debating over what galelry to use since photos will be a large part. But seeing all these nice Gallery2 sites is making my choice easier. Will try the plugin this weekend. How did you do the random baby image on your header? Plugin or a hack you put together yourself?

IMHO it’s a bit.. .. eh blue. I think it would be nicer if you added some different colours, especially at the top where you have your photo, video, etc. menu. Perhaps make them a different shade of blue to make them stand out a bit?
My colour vision is usually horrbile so please get some more opinions

Clean and nice design. I think it would look nicer with some kind of photo or perhaps more creative fonts in the header.
