In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] New API key for each site?Hi there,
Sorry for the delay. You can use a single API key for all of your GTmetrix for WordPress installs.
You’ll be more limited in your API keys however (you only get 25 per day on a single account) – however if you require more you can always move to a PRO account – https://gtmetrix.com/pro/

In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] Failed connect to gtmetrix.com: 101Users who encounter this issue typically have a unique server configuration on their hosting provider preventing the GTmetrix for WordPress plugin to communicate with GTmetrix servers.
The common issue is that your hosting company is blocking outgoing connections. Contacting them to unblock it, or as other users have done – switching hosting providers (admittedly, not always possible) – has cleared the issue right up.
However, there are times when error 101 still occurs even though outgoing connections aren’t blocked.
It is at that point that unless we have WP admin and shell access, we can’t reliably debug and investigate the problem for each individual installation.
Contact us at feedback@gtmetrix if this is a key issue for you, and we’ll see what we can do to help.

In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] Schedule doesn't work properlyHi,
That is intended behavior. You can click through to see the report on GTmetrix and check the History tab to see full history of a page. It was done this way so that you don’t see hundreds of the same test cluttering things up.
Hope that makes sense!

In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] GTmetrix for WordPress requires cURL to be enabledHi,
You’ll have to contact your hosting company, and ask them to activate cURL for your site.
The plugin can work on either site or home URLs. Simply choose which you’d like on the settings page.

In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] Deleting a report leaves orphan wp_postmeta entriesHello again,
Version 0.4.1 will shortly be released, but I am unable to replicate the issue you describe. wp_postmeta entries are deleted when the associated wp_posts record is deleted in my tests. In fact, this cascading delete is a core WP function, so should always work.
Can I ask you to double check that you have observed this issue? If so, I’d like to take a look at it myself, if you wouldn’t mind? You can email us at [email protected].

In reply to: [Plugin: GTmetrix for WordPress] Taking credits but not giving any dataHi Jennifer,
If you are still having an issue with this, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it.
It appears there is an issue with cURL on your server. You should contact your host about this.
Hi Erik,
I can’t imagine what is causing this.
If you’d like to send your WP login details to [email protected], I’d be happy to take a look for you.

In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] [Plugin: GTmetrix for WordPress] Multiple reportsIf you have your schedule set up to check your site once per hour on each site (for example), then you should receive one email per site per hour, as long as there is something to report.
I’m not quite sure what you mean by “multiple duplicate reports for each site”, but we’d like to help if there is an issue.
