Also, the majority of the $_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’] data I receive in the email is for an image… i’m not sure if that makes any sense since this is a database connection error page.

Noted this is already posted. I will refer to that topic.

I found the problem in my functions.php file. I had the following line: “add_action(‘wp_head’, ‘dropcap_header’);”

I can not recall if I added the line or if the plugin did (I have a feeling I added it :). Removing it did the trick.
