In reply to: Call post from one blog into another blog's postOk This sounds very cool. Of course the entire purpose is to satisfy google analytics. I suppose its possible for domain redirects to send people to a particular category. IE: main blog is A with sub-categories of B, C, and D. I someone one searches for B.com they could be redirected to a.com/category-B. Would this work for search engines?
Would short codes need to be generated which included category names?
Any other thoughts???
What other kinds of kinks might be caused by using categories for sections as opposed to separate blogs?

In reply to: Call post from one blog into another blog's postI thought of having all content in one blog but each section needs its own look and face so different themes or shades of a theme for each section/category/blog (however it is thought of) is necessary.
So how would it be possible to keep a sections identity/theme but displaying the same post content in more than one section and not create duplicate content thus satisfying Google analytics.

In reply to: Call post from one blog into another blog's postIf they’re using the same database can they call it from there?

In reply to: Call post from one blog into another blog's postNO not really I just need it post to post here or there.
Eg: one blog has posts on health issues. One of the posts also relates to Senior’s health. That could be reposted on the second site. Or perhaps posts with a certain tag could be called to the second site. But they need to pick up the css and show up in the content body of the second site. Thanks for the reply though I had come across the sitewide tags you mentioned.
I suppose that could be considered a “Many to one aggregation.”
I am looking for a “one to one”
Thanks.

In reply to: Domain Mapping & URL of SubdomainHey Fantastic and many thanks. Some how I missed that last little step using the WordPress documentation setting it as the primary.
Your tutorial is actually much clearer and easier to understand.
Again thanks.

In reply to: Domain Mapping & URL of SubdomainWordPress is installed in the root. All the subdomain functions are working fine. Would just like the parked domain to use its own url instead of the subdomain’s.

In reply to: Domain Mapping Oh MySo then… who is a good (can we hope for great) host for a multi-site, parked domain forwarding WordPress install?
