Hi Gabe,
We just released a small update that improves the performance of the plugin when it’s in a disconnected state.
Can you try upgrading to the latest version of the plugin (11.1.21) and check if it has improved page load times for you?
Best regards,
GearóidAs mentioned in our support email, I’ll close this thread since the issue has been resolved.
Best regards,
GearoidThank you for the screenshot.
It appears there is a network error occurring, but the specifics of the error are not visible in the screenshot. To help us diagnose the issue further, could you please create a HAR file and email it to our support team at [email protected]?
A HAR file records the network activity of a browser tab, which is useful for troubleshooting.
Detailed instructions for creating a HAR file are?available here. An overview of the steps for recording the HAR file is:
1. Open the Developer Tools
2. Reload the page
3. Attempt to change the form in the HubSpot form block.
4. Export the HAR file.
Following these steps in this order will help ensure the network error is included in the HAR file.Additionally, could you confirm whether the ‘Forms’ tab in the plugin is loading correctly?
Given the network error affecting the HubSpot forms in Elementor, there might also be an issue with the ‘Forms’ tab.Thank you for your patience.

Best Regards,
GearoidThanks for the screenshots!
Just to confirm, is the form selection in the left sidebar also empty?
Could you also send some screenshots of the Console in Dev Tools? The plugin logs some information there when it starts up, and it’s also where some types of errors might appear.
In the meantime, you can change the form using a workaround: the shortcode block.
Go to the ‘Forms’ tab in the plugin, hover over the form you want to use, and click ‘Embed’. This will open a modal displaying the form’s shortcode in one of the tabs.
You can then paste this shortcode into a Shortcode block to add the form.Best regards,
GearóidHey @thomaslc14,
Thanks for reaching out.
Just to confirm, are you using the latest version of the plugin?
If so, could you please take a screenshot of what you see?
Additionally, could you provide screenshots of any errors in your Dev Tools Console, especially those related to ‘leadin’ or ‘HubSpot’?Best regards,
GearóidHey @damonmaldonado,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please confirm if you are using the latest version of our plugin?
Additionally, are these errors occurring while you are using the Gutenberg editor?
If there are any errors in the console that seem to originate from our plugin, could you provide full-window screenshots of these errors?
This will help us understand the complete context.Best Regards,
GearóidHi @mikechy,
We’ve just rolled out an update for the plugin. This update introduces changes aimed at reducing disconnect incidents for some users.
Could you please upgrade to the latest version of the plugin?
If you continue to experience issues, we would be grateful if you could follow step 2 from my previous message and share a screenshot of our plugin’s configuration in your /options.php to our support email: [email protected]
The update has also added a few extra fields that should help us identify the problem.
Alternatively, you can open your browser’s Dev Tools, runwindow.leadinConfig
in the console, and send us a screenshot of the outputted configuration.Best Regards,

Hey @firstclasscode,Apologies for the delayed response.
HubSpot has a feature that import contacts from various file formats, including spreadsheets such as CSV files.
If you can export your users to a CSV file, you could then remove the users you don’t want to include and import the rest using this file.
You can access the contacts dashboard which has the ‘Import’ option by clicking on ‘Contacts’ in the WordPress left sidebar or by clicking on the ‘Manage contacts’ button on the plugin’s UserGuide page. Here’s some Knowledge Base documentation and YouTube tutorial on importing contacts into your HubSpot account: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/import-and-export/set-up-your-import-file
Best regards,
GearoidHey @firstclasscode,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Just to clarify, are you asking about only granting certain WordPress site users access to the HubSpot plugin?
If that’s the case, it is indeed possible to limit access by using the ‘Administrator’ or ‘Editor’ roles.
To give you some extra context, users on your WordPress site with either an ‘Administrator’ or ‘Editor’ role can interact with the plugin.
However, only users with the ‘Administrator’ role have the capability to link a HubSpot account to your site.
Users with other WordPress roles will not have access to the plugin.Best Regards,
GearoidHey @danielpw,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, our plugin can capture form submissions from a variety of other form providers.
For more details about this feature, including some of the requirements for it to work effectively, please check out the following link:

GearoidHi @mikechy,
Thanks for reaching out.
First, could you check if you’re running the latest version of our plugin?
To rule out any interference from browser extensions, please try accessing using a different browser or in incognito mode the next time it happens. If the issue persists, we’d appreciate your help with the following:
- The next time this happens, it would be great if you could create a HAR file and email it to our support team at:?[email protected]
A HAR file records the network activity of a browser tab which can be useful for diagnosing the issue.
Instructions for creating a HAR file are?available here. - Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your options.php table, specifically looking at entries starting with
leadin_
. To access this, replace/wp-admin/admin.php
in your browser’s URL with/wp-admin/options.php
.
We’re interested in seeing ifleadin_refresh_token
, or any otherleadin_
values, are absent.
Best Regards,
GearoidI’m marking this thread as resolved since we diagnosed the issue through our support email.
For anyone coming across this thread with similar problems, the issue was related to a script required by the plugin being cached, which prevented the plugin from loading properly. Scripts from the domain https://js.hubspot.com must not be not cached or blocked.
Some common sources of issues like this are from hosting providers, caching plugins, and occasional .htaccsss files.Best regards,
