Looks like both Mail Bank PRO and Contact Form 7 Mailchimp Extension were causing the problem. Waiting to hear from both those plugin support.

@anevins there must be around this. I am sure there is a security risk in people posting their URLs publicly, especially when they have errors or issues. The last thing you want is someone exploiting these publicly posted URLs.

Not sure what was spam about that but OK. Can you recommend a URL shortener that expires and does not blow up anyones “spammy meter”?

Following this for updates as I have the same problem.

@fernashes I have changed theme, no success. I have deactivated all plugins except the ones for Woocommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, still no success.
