While testing the multisite settings, we encountered difficulty reproducing the issue you mentioned.
Typically, if a member is only associated with a sub-site, they shouldn’t be able to log in to the main site.
It appears there may be a misconfiguration in the network settings.Additionally, could you clarify if it’s possible to create a user without any role?
To assist you better, kindly share screenshots of your settings with us.

Thank you for submitting your feature request.
Currently, you have the option to restrict WP Admin and redirect to a custom URL based on user roles. For a visual guide, you can refer to the screenshot here.
We appreciate your suggestion and rest assured, we plan to enhance the functionality further.
In an upcoming update, we’ll include a feature to hide both WP-Admin and WP-Login.php with the option for custom redirection.Feel free to reach out if you have more feedback or questions.
