Hi @missveronicatv ,
That’s great, now I have the text domain I’ve got it working with the plugin, thanks so much for your help!
Hi again,
I can’t get the Poedit app to successfully apply the changes I’ve made to the translation file. We’ve tried resetting permissions, clearing the cache, and regenerated our page builder Elementor. Is there anything we might be missing?
Alternatively, how/where do I find the string and plugin domain to be able to use the “Say What?” plugin please?
Thanks
That’s great, thanks for your help!
Thanks for confirming, can I still use the english translation file to edit the error message if I choose to do so? https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1578-change-english-text-in-forms

In reply to: [Classic Editor] classic editor only showing on custom typesHi Felipe,
Yes I was talking about only being able to access the “Text” mode of the classic editor – I could not click on the Visual mode tab at all. I have since found out that it was due to a plugin conflict with WP bakery so I deactivated that and now it’s working ok.
Thanks
Great thanks so much for your help Ernest!
Hi Ernest,
Yes now you point it out it appears when the plugin is de-activated too. Is it likely to be a problem with my theme then?
Thanks!
Hi again @ultimatemembersupport,
Following up to see if you had any suggestions on how I can resolve this conflict with my theme?
Thanks
Here’s the answers to your questions:
No the issue is not there with the default wordpress theme, only ThimPress Coursebuilder.
Yes have assigned the correct login page that works fine, it’s only when someone enters an incorrect username or password into the UM login form that they get redirected to the wp admin login.
We can’t disable the custom page builder (wp bakery) as our site is live and it is all built with wp bakery.
Yes we ran a conflict test it’s definitely the theme and not another plugin.
Hope this info helps, thanks
Hi again Ultimate Member,
Just following up on this topic – I eventually found that the conflict is with the Thimpress Course Builder theme – is this a known conflict, and do you have any suggestions on how we can fix the issue? Our site is a live site and ideally we’d like to keep both UM and the active theme.
Thanks!
