Hi,

I just released version 0.7 which uses wp_remote_get as a method to call our api. Should work for most users even with shared-hosting restrictions. The plugin hooks into “is_email” so it checks comments, registrations, etc.

Regarding the cart / shopping system: I guess it is “WooCommerce”? I have not tested it yet and need to dig into the details to handle the hooks available there.

no, this is not possible. We currently (as of Nov 2016, see https://www.bdea.cc) have more than 12.000 domains in our blacklist and we do not disclose the content for some reasons.

Please simply use the api calls – and if you really need more than this – we would be happy to welcome you as a new customer. If you purchase credits you will still get 200 free credits a month.

If you like a free list feel free to use eg. https://gist.github.com/adamloving/4401361

If you can live with false positives and missing dea providers using a free list is the best choice. My service is not free of charge for > 200 queries a month as it takes some effort to keep it up and running at this quality.

Especially for commercial customers it makes sense to use a managed service, pay some bucks, and be sure that it will exist longer than just for some months.

So maybe WordPress is just not the right place to discuss why not everything is free.
