Hi there,
We’ve seen this type of behavior in the past, and it typically comes down to overzealous caching. In these particular instances, that type of caching is called “object” or “database” caching.
To resolve this, clear any cache through any third-party plugins installed on the site and through your hosting provider, then disable all caching on the site.
You may need to get in touch with your hosting provider to clear and disable caching while you troubleshoot.
Then change the settings for the donation form, save them, and you should be all good moving forward.
You can then re-enable caching. Thanks!

Hi there,
The font can easily be changed by targeting the button with CSS and then using the “font-family” property.
Here’s a link to an article that covers this:
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_font_font-family.aspWe’ve also put together this article that walks you through applying CSS to your WordPress site:
https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/handling-custom-css-in-wordpress/If you’re having trouble with a particular button, just let me know which one it is in the form, and I can give you some further insight.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] invoice numberHi there,
Give provides a sequential donation ID that is saved in the backend of Give on the Donations >> Donations page.
This ID can also be modified with prefixes and suffixes if needed and you can specify the starting ID as well.
Here’s a link to our documentation on this:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/settings/general-settings/sequential-ordering/Thanks!
Hi there,
I took a look at the form link you sent over, and saw that $99.00 was the default. Is that what you have configured in the backend of the form?
We’ve also seen this type of behavior on sites with aggressive caching. Be sure to clear all the cache through any third-party caching plugins and your hosting provider then give it another try.
If you’re still having issues, could you reply with a copy of your system information?
?
to get this, navigate to Donations >> Tools >> System Info and select the “Get System Report” button. Then copy and paste all that info here. Thanks!
Hi there,
Happy to provide some guidance on this.
While having an icon for WP users that have donated through the site isn’t something that’s available out of the box, this sort of functionality is likely achievable with custom development.
There is a user role that’s assigned to users that are donors called “Give Donor”. You could write some code that would conditionally display an icon on users that are Give Donors on their avatar and then use CSS to align it the way you’d like.
Here’s a link to an article we’ve written on Give user roles:

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I’ll pass this along to our development team.
If you would like to see the payment gateways that are available with Give currently here’s a link to our documentation:

Have a great rest of your day!

Hi there,
I took a look at the form again, and it appears you got to the bottom of the padding issue, as I could see the selected option.
Let me know if you’re still having issues, and I’ll be happy to help.
Thanks.
