In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Plugin IssuesHii @inpsydekrystian,
Thanks for your assistance so far.
I can confirm that the package tracking feature is now working again, and tracking information is successfully being added to the relevant transaction in PayPal. It appears that PayPal has resolved the issue on their end.

That’s fine. I’m glad we established the root cause of the tracking feature issue. I will wait for PayPal to fix the issue. If I have any more questions, I will contact them directly.
When are you going to fix the credit card field issue?

No worries, take your time. I just wanted to ensure that you’ve received the information.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Plugin IssuesCould you please enable Logging in the Connection Tab of the plugin settings? Then, try to replicate the error by adding tracking in the same manner as before.
After that, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Here, select the most recent “woocommerce-paypal-payments” log file that corresponds with the date. Could you upload these log entries to our secure platform, PrivateBin? Once uploaded, share the link with us for a detailed review.
I have followed the steps and generated you a new link with the log file. Use the following password to view the file: %b3!W%Ug$^&b6&Q3$9&tP#aHpQ*vPZ
I created a request for improvement in this area.
Perfect, thank you very much.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Plugin IssuesThanks for your response, Krystian.
1) That’s great, thank you. Please keep me posted about the card field issue.
2) In terms of the package tracking issue, all I have done is tried adding a tracking number as normal, selecting the appropriate courier (which was Amazon in this case), pasted in the tracking number, then clicked on the add button, and the error in the screenshot appeared.
I thought it might be a one-off thing, so I tried adding the tracking information to several orders, but the issue persists. Nothing has changed in my setup, and the feature was working beautifully until now. I have submitted the system report. See this link
3) Just to clarify, the error output I’m referring to is when the credit card fields are not filled out, and you click “place order.” I feel this could be more helpful by prompting the customer to fill out the card fields. You’ve improved this in the past, so if you could take another look, that would be much appreciated.
Let me know if you need anything else.
No problem. I use your plugin for every WordPress site and I can’t fault it. So thank you for the awesome plugin. ??

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Question: clearing cacheThank you for your response, Marko.
I have checked both object and DB cache and they’re both disabled. DB settings = ”Database caching via Disk is currently?disabled.”
Object Cache = ”Object caching via?Disk?is currently?disabled.”

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Question: clearing cacheThank you for your prompt response. I manage an online store where frequent updates occur, including changes to prices, descriptions, and stock levels. I’ve observed an issue where product labels or badges, such as the “out of stock” label, do not get removed. For instance, if a product goes out of stock and is labeled accordingly as shown in this screenshot, when the product comes back into stock, the “out of stock” label persists until I manually clear all caches.

Thanks; that was super helpful.
I have tested it on my staging site, and it worked beautifully. I will copy it over to the production site tomorrow morning.
Sorry, I’ve been busy in the past day or so.
