It depends on how these links were added to the bottom of the page. If these added by wp_footer() hook, then it maybe possible to remove these links. Otherwise IDK how can I remove links for HTML template files.

This plugin removes
noreferreronly in frontend part of your site. When you use TinyMCE/Gutenberg rel attributes do not change.What I mean: rel attributes stay in the editor, but remove before page will be rendered.
