In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Help!Sure!
Plugin does not modify existing content in your Post or Page Editor. It removes “noreferrer” on-the-fly, you could check it with “Inspect” on your link in the browser. And it is okay to have “noreferrer” attribute in your Admin Area while editing posts or pages. Just check it on the site, not in the Admin ??
If it does not help you, then could send me more info to [email protected]?
I need to know:
1. Your settings on the plugin’s page (screenshot)
2. List of installed plugins
3. URL for the “broken” post ??Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Not work with target _blank?Hi, @jufryananta!
Can you send me steps to reproduce your problem?
For example:
1. Create a post, page, widget, etc.
2. Add link to external/internal resource with rel=”…” and target=”_blank”
3. Install and activate plugin version 2.0.0
4. Update plugin’s options (remove noreferrer from posts, pages, etc.)
5. Go to post or pageI’ve tested plugin many times with different attributes inside tag and it works perfect. If you want, you can send me your screenshots to [email protected].

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Not removing “noreferrer” from Posts/PagesYou can check it: open your link, then open Source of your page in the browser (right mouse button -> View Page Source) and look at the link. It will not have any “noreferrer” attributes ??

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Not removing “noreferrer” from Posts/PagesOk, @barryrichardson, plugin does not change or modify your existing content in the database. It works “on-the-fly” while page rendering for the visitor ??
It is not a problem if you find “noreferrer” in your admin area.

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Not removing “noreferrer” from Posts/PagesHi, @barryrichardson!
I’ve tested it on your page: https://gofile.io/d/leWsaK. There are a lot of “noreferrer” attributes in the menu (I checked source code of your page), but content doesn’t have that attribute ??

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Save the settings, even after deactivation?I am testing a new version of the plugin now ??
I think it will be available in 2-3 days.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Save the settings, even after deactivation? It is true, partially. If developer does not spent a lot of his time to check every textfield in the settings page, if he does not write automatical test cases for the plugin, it may be used to attack website.

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Save the settings, even after deactivation?@inspired-media, what is the reason why don’t you want to have installed plugin? I think if you remove your noreferrer links once, then you will need to clean up all links in your future posts (if you decide publish new posts, for example). With the installed plugin you forget about your problems at all. ??

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] Save the settings, even after deactivation?Plugin does not change existing content in your database. I thought about it before and also I have a task about similar request: https://github.com/gruz0/remove-noreferrer/issues/4, but I can’t guarantee that it will be implemented.
I can check your code and return with feedback ASAP.

In reply to: [Remove noreferrer] The plugin works, but…Hi, @elephant1!
It is not possible and you can check source code of the plugin here: https://github.com/gruz0/remove-noreferrer.
I never added third-party scripts or advertisements. You need to check installed plugins on your site. Also I recommend you to deactivate my plugin and check your site again.
