Why are you trying to move these into WordPress ?

Because I want to use all advantages of WordPress. I think site management will become easier. I can add new posts from admin panel, edit theme, insert ads etc

I’m very surprised WP All Import can’t handle this.

It imports 25-30k posts per hour on clean install. Import becomes slower after 200k posts (7-10k posts per hour)

If you’re trying to do this on a VPS or shared/reseller/cloud hosting

I have 4 Cores, 4 GB memory and NVMe storage.

If I manage to import 8 million posts website will be slow? There is no reason to do it unless I have serious hardware, right?

What format do you have the posts in already ?

I have them in XML (30k posts in each file, 290 XML files total)

Also I have them in TXT files. One TXT file = one post

Are you going from one website to another website ?
