You can find the Z-index setting in the preset settings under “General > General settings > Menu z-index

Hello, Apparently you have some kind of conflict with your theme and default menu. This means that the method of integration into “pre-defined area” areas is not suitable for you. Perhaps there is some kind of conflict at all. What theme are you using?

We didn’t test work with theme Themify Ultra, if you provide an admin access to your site (better stagging) we can invistigate the issue
