Hi,
I had the same issue but I believe it is due to an incompatibility of version 6.15.22 with the WordFence plugin.
When I disabled WordFence I was able to login again.
I reverted Coming Soon to version 6.15.21, re-enabled Wordfence and was able to login normally.
