Confused by your replies. Nothing comes up when I search for my business in the Place ID finder. My business is run out of my house, but it is a “service” business, so Google has told me it won’t show up on maps. So if nothing shows up in Place ID search, am I just SOL? This used to work, as you can see by the 53 reviews showing on the page I referenced.

Thanks for reaching out. As mentioned, we don’t use any Aliexpress plugin, but we DO use one of VillaTheme’s other Woocommerce plugins, so I’ve reached out to them to see if their plugins are “sharing spam” amongst each other.

Thanks Bethany for getting back to us so quickly. We’re still learning the UI of the plugin, and the “M” was the only button we hadn’t clicked on yet.

We understand that you do not provide support for third-party plugins. We are using Yoast as our SEO plugin.

Couple more questions:

1. How does the “Story Description” in your plugin relate to a “meta description” as set in your SEO plugin? Or the “title” relating to the “SEO title”?

2. Under the Text tool/tab on the left editing panel, there’s a “button” called “Caption”. The word “caption” in this case is referring to a text “style”, and not to captions you would add to your videos, correct?

Hi farinspace, thanks for getting back to us so quickly.

Putting in a “custom excerpt” in the individual posts where the caption code was showing seems to have fixed the issue. We’ll have to check it in different browsers. It takes the page a few minutes to update (and I usually clear out the page cache as well), but that may be a browser/plugin/host thing.

Thanks for responding. Hmmm… checked the Yoast settings (SEO –> Search Appearance –> Taxonomies –> Tags) and “Show Tags in search results?” is set to “No”. I switched it to “yes” then back to “no” to reset it and then saved it.

The Search Console entries for the last week or so no longer have any tag errors, so we’ll have to keep an eye on it and see what happens.
