    I’m assuming you are tracking transactions (as opposed to views of key pages or cart adds). If you can you should implement Adwords conversion tracking. Adwords and analytics track conversions quite differently, and their reporting times vary.

    Your campaigns will do better with native conv tracking. You can still track conversions within analytics, especially if you have enhanced ecommerce enabled and the analytics code is set up properly (universal analytics).

    Goals are good for funnels, but enhanced ecomm is better, providing additional ecomm data as it relates to transactions (conversions).
