Maybe I can help you to develop it.
I’m using MyBookTable from Italy and I want to add some italian stores that use ISBNs for URLs.

ONIX is a XML standard for Books metadata (https://www.editeur.org/83/Overview/). Usally publishers sends ONIX to online book stores and libraries.
Yesterday I developed a small addon to import ONIX in MyBookTable.
