If someone wants to vote up, he can do it just once.
But if there is an amount of up-votes he could take a several times the thumb-down-button to mininmize the up-votes to 0.

Neither do I.
At “EMail to send submissions to” I find my email-adress correct. But I do not get any e-mail, if anyone sent me something by my contact page. I have to go to contact form – submissions to see if I got any new messages and then edit submission to read the messages. What do I have to do, to get an email. Do I have to sent you a mail as above, too?
