@esmi – thank you for your reply, however I did not interrupt the thread with a question of my own – I said that I have the exact same problem as the OP, therefore it is not a new question, it is an affirmation to the OP and others that the problem the OP is experiencing is not isolated to just them and that others have also seen the same problem. This type of information (affirmation), although not directly solving the problem, is useful in that it provides new information, i.e. in informing the OP that the issue is not unique to just their setup (e.g. file corruption, etc) as others have encountered the same issue therefore they can likely rule out those causes.
