Hi,
Here is Thomas’ answer
Hi Greg,
I did various tests and found the following:
In v1.14 I introduced a fallback tracking method for purchase tracking.
This is to give better results if someone is using a customized order received page. 3rd party plugins giving this option sometimes do not mimic exactly the behavior of the default order received page. This change gives better tracking for them.Unfortunately this cases issues on your site. The newly introduced tracking method uses a WordPress hook that is normally only called once while generating the body of the order received page. But in your case it turned out that something is executing this during page load as well. Since this hidden execution flags the order as being already tracked once, purchase data is not present during the real page load (there is a prevention code in GTM4WP to minimize the risk to track the same order multiple times).
Because there are many additional plugins installed, I do not know which one but either the theme itself or a plugin strongly related to WooCommerce is causing this.
Possible next steps:
1) you enable the “do not flag orders as being tracked” plugin option – this should give you the purchase data but if users revisit the same order received page multiple times, you will see the revenue multiple times in GA
2) we dig deeper and try to find the plugin that causes this behavior – if found, it might require additional assistance from the plugin author- This reply was modified 2 years, 10 months ago by gregm83.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Error 400 after update postHello,
Error 400 occurs with and without ESI. If I empty the browser cache I don’t have a problem. If I empty the browser’s cache I first go back with this browser for the first display of the page and then I go back with another device that does not have an empty cache and the pages are displayed without error. I tried to purge all the cache with plugin before returning to the site but it still makes error 400. So I have the impression that I have to first go through all the pages of the site with a browser that has an empty cache so that returning visitors don’t get error 400. If they are the first to display a page after the update they have the error. If I have already loaded it before by passing over it there is no problem.
And also if I go back to the site with the same browser, after 3-4 days (without making an update) I have again an 400 error. I think it’s the server cache that has to do a task.
sorry for my bad english and thank you for this amazing plugin.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] 400 error after post update orSalut,
j’ai les trois options activés ? Aujourd’hui je me suis rendu sur le site aussi et hop erreur 400 sans rien faire. Juste après la purge auto quotidienne je pense.. C’est bizarre ce truc.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] 400 error after post update orMerci pour la réponse. Tu purges le cache dans le menu déroulant du haut de l’admin ? “Tout purger” ? Ou qu’un cache particulier ? J’ai tenté avec tout purger mais j’ai quand même l’error 400 au premier affichage de la page…
