We are also experiencing this issue. What’s bizarre is that I can restore from a previous mysqldump backup file of the entire blog from one specific point and it will function properly. However, any changes or restores and the comments disappear again. Showing in both 2.5 and 2.5.1.
I’m seeing multiple forum posts about this, but haven’t seen much mention of a fix. Any suggestions?
