In total, I have raised 4 queries on your paid support platform, I have been refused for all. And, all I wanted was some irritants to be removed. I never asked for any feature.
You have claimed your plugin to be best marketplace plugin. If the admin cannot manager the vendors and their orders comfortably, it will only dent your claim to the glory.
I believe you have a good potential but the utter lack of empathy for your customer will not stand you in good stead. The least you can do is to respond in time rather than wait for an eternity.
