The only boxes you need to focus on are ‘SEO title” and ‘Meta Description”. Most of the time I would suggest leaving the title as is. For the meta description try and include your target keyword while describing what is on the page. Break your keyword up if you can’t use it naturally. I suggest searching for your target keyword in google and looking at your competitors’ meta descriptions.
Google may choose not to use your custom description however if they feel it is not sufficient.
