@gabrielfuentes surely it can’t be related to two different plugins at the same time? That doesn’t make sense. Each plugin is causing the same issue in Woocommerce, surely then this is an issue identifiable to woocommerce.
I don’t find the response particularly helpful. It would be more useful to share how to isolate the problem so I can identify how the problem is occurring.
