Hi. I am having a problem with this one. When I tried to view the each questions without logging in my sidebar disappears but it seems okay when the user is logged in. How can I fixed it? Thanks. Help is much appreciated.

The thing is I want an ” Answer” button visible to all but I did not know how do I do that.
