Try the WPPA_MULTISITE_GLABAL switch as described here under IMPORTANT

I tried this once and it didn’t work, I entered define('WPPA_MULTISITE_GLOBAL', true);
I just changed it to define('WPPA_MULTISITE_BLOGSDIR', true); and recreated the album (as rdellconsulting did) and that fixed it. It also fixed a problem I was having with the Social media share box.

UPDATED POST. I discovered the setting I needed was in Table VI: Links. Also, to get my Simple Lightbox plugin to work I needed to “Enable backwards-compatibility with legacy lightbox links
(Default: Disabled)”.
There are still a few settings I haven’t figured out as yet eg: how to set the size of the lightbox pop-up with the “Lightbox keyname” set to wppa and how to have the slideshow run in lightbox mode? I am still exploring all the settings and would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the great gallery and your support ??

Thanks for the reply. I tried setting the Table in IX-A6 and it has no effect, the images just will not open off the page, which also means they are not showing at full size.
Could it have something to do with upgrading to WP 3.4 maybe?

Check the permissions of the files (not folders), try wp-config.php: 666 and the rest (wp-blog-header.php,etc): 644.

I have tried editing this file but it has no effect. In fact I have removed it and it still works, so it must be using another file, which I can’t locate.

I just updated my theme and that seems to have fixed it. I would however like to know how to edit the sign up form, this one that says: By filling out the form below, you can add a blog to your account. There is no limit to the number of blogs you can have, so create to your heart’s content, but blog responsibly.

If you’re not going to use a great blog domain, leave it for a new user. Now have at it!

Thanks for the reply Andrea_r, that looks like what I need. I have installed it OK, but I must be missing something fundamental because I can’t see how users can create a site to begin with?
I have buddypress installed and there is a link to create blog, which goes to https://mydomain.com/blogs/create/, which goes nowhere?

No, if I did I wouldn’t be able to stay logged in on other WP, or other sites.
Is it possible that it has something to do with the half-assed way I setup the FB app.?

`I have installed it on a sub-domain, for testing. I have Base, register and login installed. When you click on the FB connect button a small window pops up with the following URL:

Well I think it was a php memory problem. I got it working after deactivating all my plugins, but it has too many issues which I can’t get my head around:

could post comments, OK
couldn’t register using FB login
connect using FB kept going to WP register page with no FB info

The WP site allows registrations.
It may have something to do with the app. I attempted to make, don’t know.
It looks good on other peoples’ sites, but I am too frustrated with it.
