I’m having a similar problem. I’ve set everything up right and my app is approved but the loading symbol just ticks away non-stop once I click through the authorize steps. Your instructions during the Authorize process might be outdated. I have uninstalled and re-installed the plugin.
I have a similar problem with the twitter function. Could it be a popup blocker?
