Hello,
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. We actually have a blog post that details how to do this. You can find it here:https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2011/09/redirecting-members-on-login/
Take note that you will have to edit the “/members/” line to the URL of your member’s area. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
Hello AJD,
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. As tgrrr noted, it could be a plugin conflict. Switch your theme to Twenty-Fourteen and deactivate all you plugins and reactivate them one by one to see which one produces the error. Let us know what you find. Thanks again.Loralee,
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I took a look at your site. Were you able to resolve this? I didn’t see the shortcode displaying for general visitors.Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. User tgrr is correct. Those 2 links are great resources for avoiding the SPAM folder. Also, if you are sending frequent emails, you may want to consider signing up with an email marketing company like Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. These companies have good relations with the ISPs, which will often help you get into your customer’s inboxes. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. Good to hear you found a solution to your issue. I will go ahead and pass your suggestion on to the lead developer. Thanks again.
Have you modified the checkout page to incorporate both PayPal Express and Stripe? What is the behavior when only the Stripe gateway (without PayPal Express) is active?
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. It’s hard to make an assessment without knowing a specific provider. Did you have any particular service provider in mind? Looking forward to hearing your response. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. Please tell us the payment gateway you are using, and the level settings. Then we’ll be able to look at it in further detail. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. You can have offer both Stripe and PayPal Express by using one of our code gist plugins:
https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-add-paypal-express/blob/master/pmpro-add-paypal-express.php
This gist can be installed as a plugin. Please note your primary gateway must be set to Stripe. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.
This message “Stripe integration currently only supports billing…” is just a reminder. On some other integrations Daily billing is also supported.
The message “Stripe integration currently does not support billing limits…” means currently with the Stripe setup doesn’t support limiting the total number of billings. So for example the following is not supported: billing weekly for a limit of 3 cycles. Instead you can set it to billing weekly and expire after 3 weeks.
Hope this helps. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. The way to do this is to set up two levels. The user signs up for level 1. Then, when approved, they can be upgraded to level 2.
There is a issue if you have reoccurring levels because when the level is changed it will cancel any active subscription at the gateway for the user.
Paid Memberships Pro does have other workarounds available as part of the “Do It For Me” option. You can find out more at:

Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. The site name is suppose to go in place of the ‘???’. To check your site name, you can go to Settings >> General and change the site title. This should display the site name instead of the question marks. Let us know if this helps. Thanks again.
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. The PayPal Express value ‘token’ means that the a user clicked to pay, but for some reason the transaction did not go through. Hope this helps and thanks again.
