I run off a private web host, I do not run off of any popular or big web host.

I run Windows XP 32-Bit with FlashFXP version 3.5.

The CHMOD is not changeable.

I am only an early teenager so I do not know how to exactly find out “the owner and group for files that were loaded with the plugin as well as for files not loaded with the plugin”.

Simple Tags seems to be the problem.

So for those who are reading this and are having this problem, deactivate Simple Tags (if you have it) and that will fix it.

Ok, I deactivated all of them, and it started working…
Now I have to go through them and find out.
I will post once I find out what evil plugin is doing this to me.

You have to add this line in the header of the CSS (along with Author name and all):
