It sounds like you have the wrong plugin. This is a free plugin (the WordPress plugin directory doesn’t allow paid plugins), we don’t accept sponsorships, we don’t charge for bug fixes, and we surely don’t provide any better enhanced versions of this plugin. We do have a separate plugin available on a different website.
I recommend contacting support for the plugin you purchased, as leaving a message here for the wrong plugin isn’t going to help you.

This is a *free* plugin and we don’t even have anything for sale at that price point. It sounds like you purchased Gravity Forms and you need to contact them for support.
