Thank you for the respond.
I still keep your plugin installed fyi. The reason is because some of my old posts were published without featured image. The issue happened when I shared a new article (with featured image, not the default one) on Facebook and on Twitter, it showed the default image for featured image and not the image I uploaded for the article.
With YOAST SEO it the issue is solved. It has feature to set the default image for the featured image if no images are included in a post article.
But YOAST SEO can not show this default image in my old posts, unless I install Default Featured Image plugin.

Basically, you will need to use HTML table to create custom PDF layout for the form.
As far as I know there’s no option to create a PDF template, but you can always create new form (either it will be identical to the previous form, or entirely new) and each form can have different PDF layout.

However, it will be very helpful if the plugin author provide more documentation of how to create custom PDF template. So probably each form can select one of the PDF templates available by default or user generated (the easy way) and that will save time.

If I did, I wouldn’t waste my time checking the theme files ??

Also, would it be nice if there’s a text or a note to the buyers that shows that a single product has min/ max purchase, therefore the buyer doesn’t have to figure this ONLY after they visit the Shopping Cart page.

The problem is solved after I re-checked some of the Twitter bootstrap div tags that came before the carousel. I forgot what it was ??
It was messy, but I’m glad it get sorted out ??

The ‘if/elseif/else’ structures have saved me from major headache to figure out how to keep the post format icon showing up for different layout of categories.

I couldn’t do more with the content.php since my category-custom.php has a very different layout than the category.php

Btw, just want to let you know that it did display the excerpt, but I lost the post format styling.
It works if I use content.php only and included this:

`<?php if ( is_search()|| is_category() ) : ?>
<?php the_excerpt(); ?>

<?php else : ?>
<?php the_content(); ?>
<?php endif; ?>`

to replace:

<?php the_content(); ?>
