What do you mean by commenting on social channels ?
A comment is attached to it’s article, it’s a comment of a precise page. Then, if you duplicate it on a Twitter or a Facebook page, you will not understand what it is about, out of its context.

We provide a Sharing feature that generate an image of your comment when you share it on your social networks.

The voting feature is perfectly free and accessible to everyone in GraphComment since always.
You went a bit too fast in your review.
Voting is not accessible to users in guest mode because without an account, we limit their functionality. This is perfectly explained in a tooltip right next to it.

To have the same count, you must enable the synchronization option in the “SYNC & BACKUP” tab in your plugin settings of GraphComment. Set it to 1 minute if you have not much comments per hour.

About the missing comment, you must take a look to the PERIOD filter, it’s probably not on “All” meaning All the time from the beginning.

What do you mean by force to do the synchronization manually ?
We provide a native feature in our plugin that synchronize comments every hour into your WordPress database. Then, the number of comment posted is updated into your theme.
We also provide a widget to request directly to our API the number of comment posted.
